GOODISON ADVISORY
About
Goodison Advisory provides independent ERP and transformation advisory services to organisations undertaking significant technology and business change initiatives.
The business helps organisations define ERP strategy, evaluate software and implementation partners, assess business systems and plan transformation programmes.
The name Goodison Advisory reflects the role the business plays. The focus is on providing independent advice, experienced judgement and structured evaluation to support informed decision-making, rather than selling software, delivering implementation services or promoting predefined solutions.

Approach
Goodison Advisory combines experienced judgement with modern tools and methods.
AI-assisted research and analysis are used where appropriate to accelerate information gathering, documentation and assessment activities. This helps reduce low-value consulting effort and improve turnaround times.
However, advice, recommendations and decisions remain human-led. Technology supports the process; judgement remains the responsibility of the advisor and the client.

Why Work
With Us?
Goodison Advisory combines extensive client-side leadership experience with independent advisory expertise. Having worked both inside organisations and alongside leadership teams, recommendations are grounded in practical delivery realities as well as best practice.
Significant technology and transformation decisions benefit from more than intuition alone. Goodison Advisory uses structured evaluation, stakeholder engagement and evidence-based assessment to help organisations make informed, confident decisions.
Modern tools and methods can accelerate research, analysis and documentation, but they cannot replace experience and judgement. Technology supports the process; recommendations and decisions remain firmly human-led.
