With more than 20 years of client-side leadership experience and 8 years in consulting, Jim helps organisations make confident ERP and transformation decisions. His experience spans ERP strategy, ERP selection, change management, implementation support and operational leadership.
Jim has supported organisations across manufacturing, distribution, consumer goods, healthcare and professional services, helping deliver operational improvement, business systems modernisation and major ERP replacement programmes.
Having worked both inside organisations and as an independent advisor, Jim combines practical experience with independent advice and structured evaluation. Clients work directly with Jim throughout every engagement.
Based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, Jim supports organisations across multiple industries, locations and international markets.
